CPL - Choice Passion Life have a newly created opportunity for an experienced trainer to support our employees in understanding and adopting new systems and technology.  This role will ensure we successfully implement new technologies and systems to support transition that is the National Disability Insurance Scheme – a new way of funding People with disabilities.  CPL is a non-profit organisation that provides vital support and services to children and adults with disabilities in Queensland.   Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager you will evaluate, plan and conduct software-training programs to ensure early adoption and agile development of new systems and technology in support of our customer service principles.  The complex nature of our business means you will be comfortable working with people of all technical abilities, you will be able to articulate complex technology processes simply and to different audiences. To be successful in this role you will:Conduct software training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks;Develop software training sessions with a blended learning approach in line with contemporary practices;Design software training resources and materials by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy;Coordinate software training schedules;Deliver software training sessions by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and generic software applications sessions in line with customer service excellence principles.Evaluate training by assessing effectiveness of training to specific job applications;Travel to various CPL sites across Queensland;Ideally have experience in Salesforce based softwareTo take on this challenge you will have:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience;Exceptional level of customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate concisely through various channels with people from different levels, in a timely, helpful and professional way;Ability to translate business needs and requirements into blended learning software training sessions in line with contemporary practices; Demonstrated ability to design customised training resources and material; both in paper and electronic formats;Previous training experience within a project environment and exposure to different systems. If you have all this and more download a full position description below and apply.   We will continue to review applications until we have appointed to the position, don’t miss your opportunity to join our inspiring organization, apply today.Systems Trainer Position Description AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs
