First staged in 2015, Access Arts developed the idea for Undercover Artist Festival in consultation with a range of artists and arts workers experiencing disability. The intention is for Undercover Artist Festival to become biennial, and achieve a level of professionalism and reach that will see it become Australia’s pinnacle festival for performers with disability.Reporting to Access Arts Chief Executive, the primary purpose of the Festival Director isto lead, develop and deliver the curatorial vision for Undercover Artist Festival 2021to deliver in 2020 a creative development program that enables Queensland performing artists with disability to take their work to the next level of excellence and culminates in an online showcase.This is a funded position until December 2020.
