In this key role, you’ll be effectively leading the administration team of CPLs Wide Bay and Central Queensland centres. Your objective will be to develop, implement and oversee a range of high quality administrative and business processes and systems which support the region to deliver service and business outcomes effectively, efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities include:Working with the regional and area managers to develop and implement business improvement and efficiency measures.Assist with financial management of the services and region, including the provision of administrative support to the budget planning process, reporting, journal corrections, cost coding, purchasing, invoicing and claiming.Ensuring organisational reporting and information needs are met in accordance with CPL policies and procedures and requirements.Overseeing the management of all regional assets.Leading, coaching and managing the Business Support team to achieve high levels of performance.Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Implementing CPL’s Quality Management System.Contributing to continuous improvement.Exhibit CPL’s values and work in the CPL Way at all times.Selection Criteria (must be addressed in the application) Demonstrated experience in office and administration management, including ability to review, develop and implement administrative systems and processes to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Solid experience in financial management.Strong leadership skills to coach, develop and lead administrative teams.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; including report writing.Effective conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.Be well organised with good time management and problem solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to deliver results and outcomes.Advanced computer skills – Microsoft; business systems and databasesRelevant tertiary qualification – e.g. business administrationC class driving licenceBenefits includePermanent, full-time roleRockhampton OR Townsville basedSupportive team cultureSalary packaging benefits - boost your take home payEmployee benefits programJoin a leading not-for-profit organisationApplications to close by Monday 11th November, unless filled prior...thanks!At CPL, we’re not your usual disability services provider.
