This position is the key contact for all of the organisation's regions across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, identifying and coordinating activities relating to management of existing vacancies, as well as creation of new SIL models.Responsibilities include:Actively coordinate SIL vacancies within set time-framesDevelop business process and process in collaboration with services and tenancy managers.Provide regular status reporting to the Business Transformation TeamDeliver forums/workshops to the broader community, promoting CPL and empowering the community with the knowledge and information to secure SIL and/or SDA fundingMonitor the NDIS environment for opportunities and changes (in collaboration with and alongside the Business Transformation, Services and Property Teams)Manage risks and issues (identification, mitigation, resolution, escalation)Undertake other responsibilities as required by the Business Transformation ManagerLive the CPL Way; Understand the person, give great service, work together and find better ways!Selection criteria includes:Knowledge and experience in the operations of residential services in the disability sectorWorking knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme funding and in particular SIL and SDA (SDA)Qualification/certification and/or significant experience in Project Management with proven ability to manage multiple projects at varying stagesAbility to quickly acquire industry knowledge and learn new programs and systemsExperience engaging and negotiating with a range of stakeholders from management teams to front line staff.Knowledge of SIL and shared support service and experience in the delivery of services to people accessing shared supports.Experience and confidence in speaking to groups.Current 'C' class driver's license+ reliable carAbility to travel in Queensland and Northern NSWHigh level competency with Microsoft Office and computer systemsPlease review the attached position description for full details.Benefits:Salary + packaging optionsUse of pool car or expensed own vehicleLaptop and mobile phoneEmployee benefits programDynamic, collaborative team environmentValues base culture – client focused.Join a leading not-for-profit organisation and grow your career Applications to close by Monday 7 November, unless filled prior, thanks!Position description AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Brisbane City 4000
