Working with our ICT and Business systems stakeholders, you’ll be supporting, documenting and designing support processes to assist with the optimisation of our business processes. This is a role where you will really make a difference, not only to the way we do things, but also to the lives of our clients.Responsibilities include:Provide day to day support of business applications.Develop structured, efficient and effective deployment, administration, operation and maintenance procedures for applications.Ensure Business Systems availability and performance with qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting.Participate in the implementation of monitoring, alerting and performance tuning.Identify continuous Business improvement opportunities.Participate in discussions with vendors, suppliers and contractors as required to ensure service levels to CPL clients are met.Contribute to assigned projects and coordinate the involvement with other Business systems or ICT initiatives.Live CPL values!Selection Criteria:Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology Business related discipline or equivalent experience in similar employment.At least 3 years of demonstrated SQL experience.Experience working with top tier ERP (Experience with Salesforce would be highly regarded).Outstanding customer service skills.Great interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.Ability to effectively deal with demanding clients and complex support requirements to deliver effective resolutions and client outcomes.Ability to work collaboratively within a high-pressure team environment dealing with a broad range of clients and issues.Previous experience with continuous improvement with application delivery processes.Valid and current C class driving license.Blue Card working with children check and NDIS Clearance (we can help).Benefits:12mth Fixed Term Contract, Full-timeCompetitive salary and tax savings approx $5000 / yr.Brisbane CBD location + Work From Home flexibility.Work for a not-for-profit; make a difference to people’s lives.High growth sector, career opportunity. Applications to close by Friday 15th March 2024, unless filled prior.Position description AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Brisbane 4000
