Our Vision is an inclusive society for all people and our purpose is to provide services for people with disability so they can lead the life they choose.Reporting to the Fundraising and Development Manager, your objective will be to identify, develop and implement fundraising strategies that attract the support of corporate and community donors.You are a strategic fundraiser who can develop programs tailored to target audiences and who has experience in implementing best practice tactics that increase acquisition and retention, whilst reducing attrition and maximise average gifts.  You are highly agile, approachable and have a knack for quickly forming relationships that aid business financial objectives.  Understanding donor behaviour is your passion and experience within migrating donors through fundraising disciplines is a must. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven team player to join a dynamic and highly motivated team who makes a significant difference to people with a disability.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing a corporate/workplace fundraising portfolio of suitable programs, communication and engagement strategies and resources.Developing and implementing fundraising programs, resources and communication strategies  that attract and retain community donors.Create, manage and implement a business relationship and recognition strategy, pipeline frame work and migration strategy.Lead a Fundraising Support Officer to support engagement activities.Analyse, monitor, review and adhere to budgets.Stakeholder and relationship management.Selection criteria:Experience in a similar role with fundraising strategy development and implementation, relationship management understanding or transferrable skills in marketing, not-for-profit and business.High level communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Proven ability to develop and maintain highly effective networks and relationships.Project management experience to manage multiple fundraising deliverables.Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline.Benefits:Competitive salary and salary packaging (boost your take home pay).Brisbane CBD location, 5 minutes from Central Station.Join a supportive, people focused organisation with a heart.Employee benefits program.Applications to close by Friday 29th January, unless filled prior,thanks!Position description AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Brisbane City 4000
