We provide Children services, aged care and disability services and support to help people of all ages to maximise their potential.In this new role, you’ll be working in partnership with our Children services teams, grant managers and service centres, leading CPL’s response to an internal review of the Children services and increase service delivery options through a variation to the current service delivery model for Gold Coast and NSW. Key responsibilitiesBuild a service delivery framework for children servicesWork with CPL Quality and Risk Advisor to develop procedures, policies, risk profile and other required tools and monitor adherence to CPL Children services procedures, policies and practices.Undertake other responsibilities as required and directed by Regional Manager Gold Coast and NSW.Selection criteria includesDemonstrated Project Officer experience and project management processes in a large organisation.Existing or willingness to acquire quickly, knowledge and understanding of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) or Children Services in Australia. Experience in Government Departmental negotiations (desirable).Ability to review and revise documentation to a high standard.Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and effectively to meet project objectives.Good understanding of budget management practices.Intermediate skills in computer software applications (e.g.Microsoft Office) Align with our values and the CPL Way; understand the individual, find better ways, provide great service and team work.NDIS clearance OR Yellow Card, and Blue Card will be required.Benefits:Fixed Term Contract 6 months, full-timeCompetitive SalarySalary packaging to boost take home paySupportive and friendly cultureHigh growth NDIS sector to grow your career Applications to close by Friday 23rd April.Please review the attached position description. PL is committed to providing a workplace that fosters a culture of respect, understanding and inclusion.Position description AUD Australia - QLD Gold Coast Mermaid Beach 4218
