This is a highly rewarding industry and it’s a great time to join CPL!Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Rostering and Resourcing, your role will be to lead the recruitment team to fulfil the resourcing needs of our community and home support divisions across Queensland and northern NSW.This is an internal recruitment leadership role, part of the People, Learning and Culture team and supports the achievement of CPL’s strategic goals.
