You’ll be the clinical advisor for Occupational therapy across CPL’s Allied Health services spanning Queensland and northern NSW.  Your role will also include clinical leadership in CPL’s Support at Home and Support in the Community Services.Ready to take your next step as a therapy leader with a progressive and growing, profit for purpose organisation? This is an exciting time to join CPL as we grow with the NDIS business environment.Responsibilities includePromote and drive productivity and best practiceEnsure consistency with ethical practice and code of conductSupervise primary therapists delivering clinical interventionAct as clinical advisor for Occupational Therapy across our organisationProvide clinical governance, focus on risk reductionLead and develop staff selection and on-boardingChampion CPL’s Therapy practise internally and externallySelection criteria includesAdvanced skills, knowledge, and practice in Occupational Therapy including complex equipment prescriptionExperience and knowledge of the disability support service sector and client needsDemonstrated skill in the key areas of clinical governanceHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills – able to build working relationships at all levels of an organisationProven ability to lead, mentor, coach and supervise primary therapistsExperience and knowledge of different work systems and managementAHPRA RegistrationAbout usCPL's Allied Health teams deliver expert therapy services for children and adults at home, school or work and in the community.
