We are on the lookout for a passionate Disability Employment Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Rockhampton.
What would I be doing?
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients who have secured employment, ensuring their success in the workplace.
- Work-Related Activities: Assist clients in completing work-related activities, such as education or work experience.
- Adaptability: Be comfortable working in diverse work environments and effectively engaging with clients, colleagues, and managers.
- Financial Management: Accurately calculate hours worked and wages earned, ensuring clients receive appropriate compensation.
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with clients, employers, and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.

You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
