If these values resonate with you, we would love to have you as part of our team!As our new Team Leader (Household Facilitator) based in Toowoomba your role will be to provide quality case management and support to adults with a disability living in shared accommodation and lead the support worker team to ensure excellent quality, responsive client services are delivered. The role will predominantly be based within client homes.
